About the Case:
Twelve year old Jessica Lee Sterling Hatch was last seen near 862 N. Sheppard Street in the City of Richmond on February 5, 1984. Jessica was walking from her residence at 3208 Hanover Avenue to her grandmother’s residence in the 2900 block of W. Grace Street. On April 12, 1984, she was found deceased on Rt. 721, later named Watkins Road, approximately one-half-mile north of Dogwood Trail Road in Rockville, Virginia.
