About the Case:
On January 26, 2023, at approximately 0653 hours, officers were dispatched to 707 S. Fallon Court in reference to a body located in the driveway of the residence suffering from gunshot wounds. Numerous casings were located near Ragsdale's body. Medics responded and pronounced Ragsdale deceased on scene at 0656 hours. Neighbors advised hearing gunshots in the area around 0100 hours on January 26, 2023. The caller advised Ragsdale's vehicle was also missing. The vehicle was later recovered in the 1400 block of 16th St. Newport News VA.
