About the Case:
On January 30, 2023, at approximately 2143 hours, officers were dispatched to a shooting at 23 Salisbury Way. Officers arrived and located Dijonte Nash lying in front of 23 Salisbury Way suffering from gunshot wounds. Officers also located Destiny Laton, who was approximately 7 months pregnant, in front of 24 Salisbury Way suffering from a gunshot wound. Nash was pronounced deceased on scene by medics while Laton was transported to Riverside where she underwent surgery. She and the baby did not survive surgery.- Case Type:
