About the Case:
On December 31, 2018, at approximately 2333 hours, officers were dispatched to a shooting in the area of 931 Ridgeway Ave. Officers located two victims in the roadway struck by gunfire. Stephenson was pronounced deceased on scene by medics at 2333 hours. The other victim was transported to the hospital. Both victims had been attending a party at a nearby residence when they were struck by gunfire while standing outside of the party residence. Witnesses described seeing a light blue Acura and a light grey Toyota leaving the area at a high rate of speed after the shooting.
