On March 7, 2004, at approximately 0444 hours, officers were dispatched to a shots fired call in the area of the Soap and Suds Auto Spa located at 4117 W. Mercury Blvd. Upon arrival, officers located Hardy lying in the parking lot of the Soap and Suds Auto Spa.
