On April 20, 2019, at approximately 1930 hours, officers were dispatched to a man down complaint in the area of Shell Road and Greenlawn Avenue. Officers located Parker at the intersection at 2004 hours. Parker had been shot multiple times. Medics pronounced Parker deceased shortly after.
