About the Case:
On March 23, 2023, at approximately 1248 hours, officers were dispatched to a gunshot complaint at 379 Wakefield Avenue. Officers arrived and found Brown in the driver's seat of a green Mercedes suffering from a gunshot wound. Brown was taken to Riverside by medics then pronounced deceased at 1445 hours. Witnesses observed three black males running from the area after the gunshots were heard. A possible suspect vehicle was a black Honda Civic.
