About the Case:
On August 4, 2023, at approximately 2353 hours, officers were dispatched to a shooting complaint. Officers arrived and located Roane in the driver's seat of a Mercedes Benz S580 with Alabama tags suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Witnesses described the suspects as one tall light skinned black male and one short dark skinned black male. They were last seen leaving the area towards Big Bethel Road in a white Dodge Charger. Roane had been in the area to sell the Mercedes Benz.
