About the Case:
On January 17, 2020, at approximately 1859 hours, officers were dispatched to Kecoughtan Road and Chesterfield in reference to a shooting. Officers observed Williams lying in the parking lot suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Medics pronounced Williams deceased at 1915 hours. Witnesses observed a dark 4 door vehicle leaving the scene after the shooting at a high rate of speed towards Chesapeake Avenue.
