On July 29, 2023, at approximately 1309 hours, officers were dispatched to a shooting complaint in the 200 block of Regent Street. Officers arrived and located Howard lying on his back near the wood line behind 219 Regent Street suffering from multiple gun shot wounds. 357 casings were located on scene.
