About the Case:
On October 12, 2016, at approximately 2200 hours, officers were dispatched to the area of Pine Street and Shell Road in reference to a man down in the roadway complaint. It was soon upgraded to a shooting victim. Officers learned that a driver had accidentally run over a body lying in the roadway.
