About the Case:
On December 21, 2017, at approximately 1624 hours, officers were dispatched to a shooting. Officers located Scott in the yard of 800 Victoria Ave. suffering from a gunshot wound to his lower back. Scott was pronounced deceased at the hospital at approximately 1803 hours. Scott was last seen walking from the 7-11 onto Cherry Avenue towards Victoria Blvd. A black 2dr sedan and a maroon SUV were seen passing Scott just prior to him being shot.
