On August 23, 2008, at approximately 9:10 p.m., Henrico officers were dispatched to an area on Pensacola Avenue near the intersection of Carolina Avenue, regarding a man down. Upon their arrival they located the adult male victim, later identified as Ronnie Antonio Williams, lying in the roadway.
