About the Case:
On Tuesday, July 21, 1981, at approximately 5 a.m., Henrico Police received a call about an unknown male lying in the road in front of 2404 Pickering Boulevard. Officers arrived and located a black male lying in the road with obvious gunshot wounds to the head. The male was pronounced deceased at the scene. The victim, identified as Anthony Bullock, was transported to the Medical Examiner's Office. The cause of death was determined to be gunshot wounds to the head.
