About the Case:
On September 14, 1998, Henrico Police responded to the 4900 block of Hillbrook Avenue for a reported shooting. The victim, Maurice Mannuel Mosley, and passenger were parked on Hillbrook Avenue when another vehicle pulled up alongside the car and a passenger in the second vehicle took out a gun and opened fire. Mr. Mosley was struck in the chest and died later at the hospital. The passenger in the Mr. Mosley's car was not injured.
