About the Case:
On September 19, 1984, at approximately 1231 hours, the body of an unidentified Asian man was discovered by a local resident near the ramp from Joplin Rd. to I-95 in Triangle. Several known missing persons were compared to the victim without success. The victim found to have a series of numbers tattooed on his fingers. An autopsy revealed he died from strangulation.
