About the Case:
On August 5, 2013 at approximately 0348 hours one call came into Richmond’s D.E.C for shots fired in the 1700 block of North 22nd Street. Police units responded to the area of 22nd Street and W Street. Officer Eric Allen unit # 114 was the first officer on scene. He stated that as he pulled up he noticed a black male face up in the middle of the street unconscious and not breathing with what appeared to be a gun shot wound in the middle of his forehead.
