About the Case:
Mrs. Dorothy Minkoff Flowers was reported missing by her husband on October 26, 1966 when she did not return home in the evening. Dorothy had been conducting a census for a local Catholic Church and was last seen in the Pechin Ave and Penmar Ave area of South East Roanoke in the afternoon hours. Her body was found the following morning in a rural area of Plantation Road in Roanoke County.
