About the Case:
In the early morning of November 17, 1991, 13 yr. old Erik Allan Williams was walking in the 1100 block of Nansemond Pkwy with a friend. A light-colored vehicle occupied by multiple males stopped near them and attempted to rob them both. The suspects shot Williams three times killing him.
