On May 6th, 1993, at about 11:12 A.M., police and EMS responded to a Skeet Road residence in reference to an unresponsive male suffering from a gunshot wound. William E. Ward Sr., 65 yrs old, was declared deceased at the scene. Ward had been shot in the stomach with a shotgun. He had been shot through a window. Detectives conducted more than 30 interviews which resulted in very little information.
