About the Case:

On June 19, 1999, at about 1:40am, officers responded to Columbus Avenue for a report of a male who had been shot. When officers arrived, they found Quincy Ward laying in the roadway suffering from a gunshot. Quincy was pronounced dead on scene. Investigators have very little information about Quincy’s murder.
