About the Case:

On November 1, 1999, officers located a decomposed corpse in the woods while investigating an unrelated incident. The corpse was unidentified. A forensic facial reconstructed model was created and publicly broadcasted. Information was received which identified the corpse as Shelly Devon Williams, who had not been reported missing. An extensive investigation provided no solid information for any arrests.
