About the Case:
On November 1, 1999, officers located a decomposed corpse in the woods while investigating an unrelated incident. The corpse was unidentified. A forensic facial reconstructed model was created and publicly broadcasted. Information was received which identified the corpse as Shelly Devon Williams, who had not been reported missing.
