About the Case:
On March 8, 2002, police were called by a fisherman who found a body floating in a pond near the Route 58 Bypass and Nansemond Parkway. Fingerprints and dental records identified the male as Edward Duncan Campbell II, 20 yrs. old. Campbell lived with his parents. His family had reported Campbell missing several months earlier in January 2002. Campbell’s Toyota 4-Runner was found abandoned in an apartment complex in the City of Portsmouth.
