About the Case:
On June 30, 1980, the victim was found in his vehicle with a single gunshot wound to his head. The vehicle was a blue 1977 Chevrolet pickup, with a West Virginia license plate. The vehicle was discovered on the shoulder of Interstate 81 South, near the 94 mile marker, by a construction worker. Both doors were closed and unlocked at the time the vehicle was discovered. It is believed the victim was sleeping at the time he was shot.
