About the Case:
On the night of March 5 into the early morning of March 6, Roger left work at Cintas in the
Town of Culpeper, where he was employed on the overnight shift as a certified washroom
operator. He then traveled to the Shanktown Road area, where he was known to visit family and
friends. While in the 15000 block of Shanktown Road, Roger was shot while inside his vehicle.
Following the shooting, Roger was driven by friends to Reva Market, where he was met by
deputies and emergency medical personnel. He was transported by ambulance to UVA Culpeper
Hospital, where he later died as a result of his injuries.
