About the Case:
On April 11, 2022, officers were dispatched to a call for gunshots heard in the area of Beall and Seward. Officers arrived in the area and located Cuff in the driveway of 1900 block of Seward Drive. Cuff was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Cuff was pronounced deceased later at the hospital at 2148 hours. A black Camry was seen by witnesses leaving the area at a high rate of speed after gunshots were heard.
