About the Case:
On July 23, 2017, at approximately 0117 hours, officers were dispatched to a shooting in the area of 135 Lassiter Drive Apt. 121. Officers arrived and located Ferrell suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. Ferrell was pronounced deceased on scene by medics. Witnesses observed a black sedan, possibly a Camry, fleeing the scene after the shooting heading towards Big Bethel Road.
