About the Case:
On March 5, 2021, at approximately 2243 hours, officers were dispatched to a stabbing which was quickly upgraded to a shooting at 1015 Bethel Avenue. Officers arrived and located Neal in the grass next to a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound to the neck. Officers attempted CPR as well as medics upon their arrival. It was learned that Neal was in a back room of the residence playing video games with a group of 3 to 4 subjects when he was struck by gunfire. Neal walked out of the back room holding his neck and made his way outside where his friends tried to help him until officers arrived. Neal was pronounced deceased at the hospital at approximately 2315 hours.
