About the Case:
On May 31, 2020, at approximately 0134 hours, officers were dispatched to a shots fired call in the area of the Miller Mart. While officers were in route, the call was upgraded to a shooting. As per the video, there was a shootout at the gas pumps where Martinez Jr. and another victim were struck by gunfire.
Several shooters shot in the direction of Martinez Jr. and the other victim. Martinez Jr. was pronounced deceased on scene by medics.
