About the Case:
On June 19, 2021, at approximately 2219 hours, officers were dispatched to gunshots heard in the area of Shelton Road. While officers were still en route, the call was upgraded to a shooting. Officers arrived and located Sterling inside of 8 Shelton Road suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. Medics pronounced Sterling DOA on the scene at 2239 hours. Officers recovered multiple casings in the roadway in front of 8 Shelton Road.
