On October 10, 2017, at approximately 0338 hours, officers were dispatched to a shots fired call in the area of Shell Road and Gary Road. Officers located Fox in the middle of the street suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. Fox was pronounced deceased by medics at approximately 0347 hours.
