About the Case:
On May 29, 2005, Oscar’s body was found in a creek near a homeless camp located in a wooded area along Rosemary Dr. near Sage St. in Manassas. He reportedly had an argument with another individual prior to walking from the camp to the area of the creek. An autopsy revealed he died from drowning and blunt force trauma.
