About the Case:
On 03/03/2012 at 2206 hrs, DEC dispatched Richmond Police unit 428 (Officer Campbell) to 3955 Old Brook Road for a report of a person shot. Officer Campbell responded and arrived on scene and found the victim, Sylvester Jones, suffering from a single gunshot wound with one entry to the chest and one exit wound on the victim’s back. Campbell found the victim conscious and confused.
