About the Case:
On May 19, 1992 the nude body of Danny Kelly Roberts was found. The location of the body was .3 mile north of U.S. Route 460 and .9 mile east of State Route 637 in the Pounding Mill section of Tazewell County.
The Medical Examiner ruled the cause of death as drowning due to submersion into a body of fresh water and the manner of death as a homicide. The manner of death was due to suspicious circumstances and Mr. Roberts' body was some distance away from any body of water.
